Time Away……………………

Hello All. No I haven’t forgot that I have a little blog here, just stopping by for an update on things.
My 20 year old nephew passed away in August, my brother is devastated as is all the family, just as we were catching our breath from that my baby sister who was just 32 passed away 3 days before my birthday in September, it’s been a little over a week.
My mom says it is okay for princess to dance, but I’m not up for it right now. I may let her, not sure, things are running pretty fuzzy right now. Know what I mean? Just kinda going through the motions.
So please don’t think I have let this go, I haven’t, just alot going on right now.
Take care of yourselves and maybe I will blog it feels like talking to old friends…… which it is. ttyl

Beaming Pride :)

Okay, I know we all have children and are very proud of them….but….I look at princess dance and I kid you not, she is beautiful and graceful and I don’t know what else! I just overflow with pride of the baby I had, the little girl she is and the beautiful woman she is becoming……..(not too soon I hope )  I never thought my baby who did the “frankenstein” walk when she began walking, fell when she learned to turn, slipped on her own little feet, would be learning the graceful movement of traditional dance. Okay so she was only 1, but still…………She is very elegant. And FAST!!!! She is really picking up those beats! I am truly beaming with Pride

Happy Birthday

Today, my oldest sibling turns 51. That must mean I am 21…… Her birthday present is a new baby. She legally adopted a beautiful baby girl yesterday. Her name is Neveah Jade and today she turns 3 months old …..I haven’t received pictures of my new niece yet, but I will share them with you when I get them.

Princess has already decided they will dance together. 

So, to my sister, I have no special wish for you today because all of your prayers and dreams have been answered with the arrival of Neveah.  I know Tungasila will bring you both joy and happiness in the coming days, months and years. And yes, I believe it was divine intervention….

Okay so this blog is for the stories of my daughter and our journey to her becoming a fancy dancer….well life happens. Today I received a picture of my baby sister…I have not seen her since she was 17 years old. She is now 30. All I can say is wow, she has grown up to be a beautiful woman. Contact with her came out of the blue. We had been looking for her and she found us………. Life happens……………and we continue.
