Grand Entry
Today princess was able to practice her skills. She did great! We were at a small pow-wow and she loved it! I came across a few women who will help me make her costumes throughout the years and I am so happy about that! Next stop high top beaded mocassins! We are hoping to go to our Nations Annual gathering. Well, just stopping by to see what is up! Hey bunny, I may be moving back to this neck of the woods….I’ll keep you posted 🙂

I clicked over from Fighting Windmills, ‘cuz I know what a fancy dancer is! I lived in SD as a college goer, and I think I miss the pow wows more than anything else! I did learn to fancy dance, but sadly I no longer have my shawl… So good to “meet” you! (((((HUGS))))) sandi

Thanks for stopping by and commenting Sandi! I just love fighting windmills blog! I was once a dancer and am thrilled that my daughter has chosen to follow our native path. What kind of a shawl did you have? Thanks you for enjoying my heritage and I am honored to “meet” you.
